Jadon Knox

A vibrant and memorable young man, Jadon was a student of Mr. Wilson back in Memphis, Tennessee. Like too many others, Jadon fell victim to senseless gun violence. Jadon enjoyed being a student in Mr. Wilson's class and he continues to serve as an inspiration and light to guide the work that Mr. Wilson does daily.

I will never forget you buddy.

Laura Shelton

Laura was a mentor, a coworker, and a friend. She taught for over half my life, and her expertise at the elementary level was vital to my growth and success. When I first arrived in Texas, she became one of my earliest mentors, patiently showing me the way. She would often stay after school with me as I nervously practiced lessons before teaching them the next day. Laura dreamed of retiring, a dream she sadly never had the chance to reach.

Laura, thank you for everything.
